Please note that by ordering our products, you de facto accept the terms and

WELCOME
We design and produce handmade items from different regions of Tunisia. The finishing
is done in our workshop. Each item may have a slight variation in size or finish due to
the handmade process and the nature of the materials we use.
MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order is 2000 €.
ORDER FORM
On receipt of your order, we will issue a proforma invoice.
Upon receipt of your proforma invoice, your order must be confirmed within 15 days.
After this period, it will be considered as cancelled. No changes can be made to a
confirmed order.
PAYMENT
Payments are made by bank transfer only.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm an order. The balance must
be paid before the goods are exported. No net day agreement.
When sending a bank transfer, please mention your proforma invoice number and
company name
PRODUCTION TIME
Our production time for a new order is 10 weeks from the date of receipt of the deposit
that confirms the order
DELIVERY
Your shipment is handled by professional carriers selected according to your final
delivery address. Our logistics partner Mistral Shipping carefully selects these carriers.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, size and weight of your order. This
cost is transferred to you and added to your proforma invoice upon receipt from the
carriers.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to exchange control in Tunisia, no refunds can be made. Depending on the problem
with your order, we will be happy to find a solution that satisfies all parties. However, if
the packages you receive have clearly been damaged in transit, do not accept any delivery
without informing the driver of your reservations on delivery.
This is important in case we need to make a complaint to the carrier. We will of course
assist you in this process.
